Processes
Using the collective team experience in integration, implementation
and deployment, ZenSutra has created processes to manage project
delivery and communication management.
Project Processes
Project planning: This involves extensive interaction with
your staff to gather requirements and create a project charter that
describes goals, objectives, critical success factors, assumptions,
key security and architectural needs, team composition and a high
level project timeline. We then design a Master Services Agreement
(MSA) for our customer to review. The project plans are regularly
reviewed between our execution team and your representatives.
Establish SOWs (Statements of Work): We clearly define our
objective(s), scope, key milestones and deliverables with our industry-standard
SOWs.
Quality Acceptance Standards: After the roles and responsibilities
have been clearly defined, and you have approved our project and
resources plan, we subject our applications to rigorous test scenarios
to ensure optimum functionality and reliability.
Implementation and Review: This phase helps you in planning
future application enhancements, platform upgrades and long-term
strategy.
Communication Processes
At ZenSutra we ensure accountability, and a system of checks and
counter checks, while maintaining perfect transparency in our transactions.
We fully understand the importance of a solid communication infrastructure
and the pitfalls associated with any breakdown of the process. We
ensure perfect synchronicity with you and your business teams. This
is done through a strict self-imposed communication discipline that
is supported by our scalable network and infrastructure. The results
are evident in the continued commitment from our partners and are
validated by quantifiable efficiency improvement, time saving, cost
reduction and risk mitigation. We utilize all available informal
and formal communication channels such as email, online chat, VoIP-enabled
conferences, phone conferences, real-time document collaboration
etc.
